What Are Roll-On Essential Oil Blends
Essential oil roll-ons are portable blends of essential oils designed to give you specific benefits based on their unique mixture. They contain a carrier oil, usually fractionated coconut oil, as well as a blend of aromatic essential oils. Depending upon their goal, the number of essential oils in a roll-on blend could range from three up to a dozen or so.
These oil blends are placed in roll-on bottles for easy application while on the go. Only a small amount dispenses at once, which prevents leakage and helps the oils to last a long time, as a little goes a long way.
How To Use Roll-On Oils
Roll-on oils are applied just as the name indicates. Simply remove the cap and roll or “dot” the metal ball along your skin on desired areas. Our amber glass roll-on bottles hold 10 milliliters of oil and contain a stainless steel roller ball for a smooth application, along with a twist-off cap for cleanliness and leak prevention.
You can apply the essential oil rollers to a few different areas of your body. The goal is to put them where you can smell their aroma. We suggest you apply them to your wrists, neck, chest, temples, and behind your ears.
The reason you want to put them close to your nose is because when you inhale essential oils, the scent molecules interact with the lining of your nose, which then triggers the olfactory bulb located at the bottom of your brain above the nasal cavity, to process the signal and send information about the scent to your limbic system. The limbic system is the part of the brain that controls emotion, memory, behavior, and mood.

We chose fractionated coconut oil as our carrier oil because it feels great on skin and is scent free so it doesn’t interfere with the aroma of the essential oils. Use our oils with caution. If sensitivity or irritation occurs, discontinue use.
